Nutrition Counseling
Personalized Nutrition Support for Your Health, Performance & Everyday Life
Nutrition counseling is more than being given a meal plan or a list of foods to eat. It’s an individualized process designed to help you better understand your nutrition needs, build sustainable habits, and feel confident in the choices you’re making.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I use evidence-based nutrition care to help you navigate your unique health goals, lifestyle, preferences, and relationship with food.
Whether you’re looking to improve your energy, support your hormones, fuel your training, improve digestive health, or simply feel better in your day-to-day life, we’ll create an approach that works for you.
What to Expect
Your nutrition counseling experience is personalized to your needs and may include:
A comprehensive review of your health, nutrition, and lifestyle history
Evaluation of your current eating patterns and nutrition habits
Review of relevant laboratory work and medical history
Personalized nutrition recommendations
Guidance on meal planning, balanced meals, and fueling
Support for changing habits without restrictive dieting
Ongoing accountability and adjustments as your needs change
The goal is to give you practical, evidence-based tools that can fit into your real life, not another set of rigid food rules.

Insurance & Out-of-Pocket Options
Insurance coverage is coming soon! I am currently in the process of becoming in-network with select insurance plans. In the meantime, nutrition counseling is available at the out-of-pocket rates listed below.
If your insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits for nutrition counseling or Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), superbills are available upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your benefits.
Current Out-of-Pocket Rates
Initial Nutrition Counseling Session: $150
Follow-Up Nutrition Counseling Session: $100
Insurance coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for verifying their individual benefits and any applicable out-of-pocket costs.
